Bischoff's debut CD, 'Six Feet Under The Radar' happily travels through the byways of
modern music organically intersecting rock, pop, country, jazz, and folk during its
journey, tied together by instantly hummable melodies and lyrics.
From the Stonesy romp 'Dog In The Backyard' to the lush, laid back groove of 'Peace of Mind', from the folksy country/jazz of 'The First Time I Saw You' to the acoustic bounce of 'Birdsong,' 'Six Feet Under The Radar' offers surprises and delights throughout. Nick Bischoff, emperor of Honeypie Music, was founded some 32 years ago on a beer stained sofa at a prestigious university in our nation's capitol. Equally influenced by Cole Porter, Willie Nelson, and The Monkees, he spends most of his time instigating subversively intelligent pop music. He performs regularly around the LA area. |
